Product Description
The SRHP manual rotary pump is reliable mechanical equipment for transferring diesel fuel, gasoline, motor oils, antifreezes, and other technical fluids from drums, IBC tanks, and canisters with a volume of 60–200 liters.
The SRHP model operates completely manually: rotating the handle actuates the rotary mechanism, creating pressure to lift and dispense the fluid. A flow rate of up to 30 l/min is achieved through an ergonomic design and smooth mechanism travel — the operator does not get tired even during prolonged use.
The compact and lightweight pump with a quick-release mount is installed on a standard 2″ opening in seconds. The immersion pipe made of aluminum or polypropylene is resistant to corrosion and chemical exposure. The pump is ideal for use in field conditions, at remote sites, in garages, agricultural enterprises, and anywhere without access to the power grid.
Key advantages of the SRHP model:
- complete autonomy — does not require electricity, compressed air, or fuel;
- simple design — minimum number of parts, high reliability;
- versatility — works with fuel, oils, and technical fluids;
- safety — no spark generation, suitable for working with flammable liquids;
- low cost of ownership — no consumables, minimal maintenance.

Operating Instructions
The SRHP manual rotary pump is designed for transferring diesel fuel, gasoline, motor and transmission oils, antifreezes, technical fluids, and other non-aggressive petroleum products.
- Preparation: ensure the drum is stably installed and the opening matches the 2″ diameter. Check for mechanical damage to the pump and hoses.
- Installation: secure the pump on the drum opening using the standard mounting ring. Lower the suction pipe to the bottom of the container (adjust the length if necessary).
- Connection: connect the dispensing hose with a gun or nozzle (if included in the configuration). Ensure the connections are tight.
- Transfer: smoothly rotate the pump handle clockwise. After the fluid appears in the hose, squeeze the gun trigger (or open the valve) to start dispensing. Control the process to avoid overflow.
- Completion: after finishing work, shut off the fluid supply and drain the remaining fluid from the hose. When pumping oils and viscous media, it is recommended to rinse the immersion part with a compatible solvent.
Safety Measures:
- Do not use the pump for transferring acids, alkalis, aggressive solvents, and fluids with a temperature above +40°C.
- When working with flammable liquids (gasoline, solvents), ensure the equipment is grounded and fire safety rules are followed.
- Avoid sudden jerks when rotating the handle — this can lead to damage to the mechanism or fluid spillage.
- Store the pump in a dry room protected from direct sunlight and precipitation. Before long-term storage, drain the remaining fluid and lubricate the moving parts.
