Product Description
The FBP barrel pump is professional electric equipment designed for fast and safe transfer of diesel fuel, gasoline, motor oils, antifreeze, and other technical fluids from drums, IBC containers, and canisters with a capacity of 60–200 liters.
The FBP model is equipped with a 220 V motor with adjustable rotational speed (300–5600 RPM), allowing flexible adjustment of the flow rate from 20 to 100 L/min depending on the fluid viscosity (up to 8000 CPS) and pumping requirements.
The compact design with a quick-release drive ensures easy installation on a standard 2″ neck. The immersion tube made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The pump is ideal for use at gas stations, auto service centers, agricultural enterprises, construction sites, and private farms.
Key advantages of the FBP model:
- Adjustable flow rate — adapts to any task;
- High power — lifts fluid up to 4 meters;
- Versatility — works with fuel, oils, and technical fluids;
- Reliability — motor is located outside the fluid, overload protection;
- Easy maintenance — quick-release design, readily available spare parts.

Operating Instructions
The FBP barrel pump is designed for transferring diesel fuel, gasoline, motor and transmission oils, antifreeze, technical fluids, and other non-aggressive petroleum products.
- Preparation: Make sure the drum is stably positioned and the neck matches the 2″ diameter. Check the cable integrity and ensure there is no damage to the pump.
- Installation: Secure the pump on the drum neck using the standard mounting hardware. Lower the suction tube to the bottom of the container (adjust the length if necessary).
- Connection: Attach the dispensing hose with the nozzle (if included in the configuration). Plug the pump into a 220 V power supply.
- Pumping: Gradually increase the speed using the regulator to the desired flow rate. Pull the nozzle trigger to start fluid delivery. Monitor the process to prevent overflow.
- Completion: After finishing work, disconnect the pump from the power supply, shut off the fluid supply, and drain the remaining fluid from the hose. Rinse the immersion part after pumping oils and viscous media.
Safety Precautions:
- Do not use the pump for transferring acids, alkalis, solvents, or fluids with a temperature above +40°C.
- When working with flammable liquids (gasoline, solvents), ensure proper equipment grounding and compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Dry running is prohibited — this may cause damage to the seals and motor.
- Store the pump in a dry room, protected from direct sunlight and precipitation.
